I’ve been writing songs for a few years and playing gigs around London. Venues such as The Alley Cat and The Troubadour. I play solo and also more recently I sometimes play as a duo with my dad. Me on mandolin and him on guitar, we call ourselves The Thomcats. Playing with our last name of Thomson and the fact we have lots of cats. As well as gigs, I also record a song of mine every first of the month, I also released a Christmas album this Christmas just passed. I am also a student on a BA in Drama and Applied Theatre Education, Writing For Performance at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Outside of this I also put on a musical I wrote, directed in and acted in, called Dreaming Up A Song. I put this on through the Pub Theatre Competition 2017 and staged it at The Lion and Unicorn pub theatre.
