Joshua Milú is an indie-soul/indie-folk artist who marries music, visual art, and educational materials. 
He released an audiovisual album last year. He explored how toxic masculinity affected his ability to cry with a stand-alone workshop attached to it, where participants got three tools to allow themselves to call. He is working on a new album exploring how living in the now could improve your life and will enable you to enjoy ordinary moments more. And he also works with and coming UK-based and Sweden-based artists. 
By writing music, playing at live shows, and lecturing, he created a cathartic experience for his audience.
