KAVANAGH came to life in 2016, hitting the pubs and clubs of Canterbury in Kent. Formed of 5 members, they have since won two national battle of the bands competitions. With members now based across Kent and Brighton, they are the epitome of unsigned, DIY rock n roll. They featured on BlueSkyPie Record’s 2019 ‘I am Not Your Slave’ compilation of the best unsigned talent from across the South East. They have multiple radio plays and toured across the UK. Their most recent releases ‘Citizen 202’, ‘Come and Meet the Jones” and ‘Brian’ have had several plays across BBC Introducing radio stations, as well as Planet Rock and a few stations in the USA.
