Keith Sadler is a new acoustic singer-songwriter from Suffolk. Having lost his job as a secondary school teacher a few years ago following serious illness he turned to music to give him a new lease of life.
Together with his band of friends he produces uplifting acoustic music with some world music elements, inspired by a wide variety of artist such as Paul Simon, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Eddie Vedder and Lior Shoov.
He has a passion for music to be ‘real’ and in the moment, and so he is a regular street performer as well as recording his album ‘Savour Life’ completely live with an audience at The John Peel Centre in his home town of Stowmarket.
Keith’s music has been described as “wonderful” by BBC Radio Suffolk Introducing, “A heartwarming delight” by Cross Rhythms Magazine, “Beautiful, insightful and honest” by Jon Wright, presenter of BBC Radio Suffolk’s Sunday Breakfast Show and “Up there with the very best [songwriters in Suffolk]” by Stephen Foster, host of BBC Radio Suffolk Drive time.
