Formed in Newcastle in 2025, Kestrel are a four-piece alternative rock band writing atmospheric, guitar-driven songs with big choruses and plenty of energy. They’ve quickly become a familiar face on the local live scene, earning a reputation for passionate performances and a genuine connection with their audience. With shows at The Cluny in Newcastle and Barfly in Camden this August, Kestrel are a band on the rise and one to keep an eye on.
