He is known for his energetic live performances and his socially conscious lyrics.
KIE5 was born in Barnsley in 1998. He started rapping at the age of 21, and he quickly became known for his skills on the mic. In 2021, he released his debut single, “Stop It” and from there continued to release several singles and His mixtape which helped to establish KIE5 as a rising star in the UK rap scene. In 2024 KIE5 released his new project “The tales of a well rested insomniac” a compilation of tracks with several genres of rap ranging from hip hop, UK rap, Drill and introspective story telling rap.
