The supple melody and lyrics of Max Kotz have been embellished by acclaimed Irish violinist Neal Pointon since their meeting at Cambridge University in 2016. Performing extensively at University May Balls and college bars, their highlights include sharing the stage with Basement Jaxx, King Charles and Lucy Rose.

Now as Kotz & Ko, the interplay of bass and violin riffs with the latin percussion of the cajon adds an energy and groove to the blues and folk influenced songs. Tight harmonies compliment Kotz's impressive vocal range and give the quartet the flexibility to deliver performances of great variety.
