Leona Mae is a 17 year old singer-songwriter influenced by country, pop and folk music. She has developed her own vocal style with signature country “cracks” and a haunting head voice, alongside an energetic stage presence enhanced by her accomplished use of a loop pedal, to create live multi-track vocals.  Leona has been writing songs from a very young age and has been successful in various competitions including an award winner and Area Finalist at Open Mic UK, Finalist at the Mayor of London’s Busking Competition and Joint Winner of the Hertfordshire Songwriter Competition. She is currently studying at the BRIT School in Croydon.
