With influences ranging from Deftones to The Police to Joni Mitchell, Max is bridging the gap between intimate songwriting and unrestrained heaviness. His songs are carefully crafted yet unpredictable, often fusing playful rhythmic ideas with fierce improvisation, all bound together by personal, hard hitting lyrics. Max is a versatile collaborator and often shares the stage with rising jazz fusion band Knats.
