As an actor and singer, Maya has always been most at home on stage. Having an interest in theatre from a young age, her passion for songwriting began when she sought to raise money for her family’s native Lebanon following the Beirut explosion in 2020, which saw her perform in fundraising concerts. Maya has also performed at gigs and festivals in the UK and takes to the stage at The Camden Assembly with her guitarist, Tom Spinely, as a talented musical duo.
