Megan Dixon Hood, 21, is an exciting nu-folk singer-songwriter from Cheshire, who combines beautifully haunting melodies with ethereal lead vocals.

Her recent independently released single – ‘Early Morning Riser’ – was well received at Radio 2 with airplay support from the late Sir Terry Wogan and global in-store airplay on Caffe Nero.

She's supported the Radio 2 Young Folk Award winnerCiaran Algar & recently supported Radio 1 favourite Rag n Bone Man. With upcoming summer festival slots penciled in, including Cornbury 2016, this is a young artist with a lot of promise.
