A melodic kaleidoscope of stuff.

With influences ranging from roots, rock ‘n’ roll, Motown and a sprinkle of pop, Mellow Mayhems have been building steadily since their first gig in January 2023.

A London-based trio consisting of Sam Macdonald (guitar, vocals), Peter Korotki (bass, backing vocals) and Stephen Brown (drums, backing vocals), MMs’ sound is marked by catchy melodies, beautiful harmonies and driving rhythms.

The Mellow Mayhems idea was originally created by Macdonald in 2021, who then partnered with Korotki in April 2022 before Brown joined in October that year. The first raft of MM tunes were recorded at North London’s That Sound Studio and the band selected bluesy, soulful pop number Tricks as the first single, released on 28th February.
