Michael Gallagher is a singer/songwriter from Hartlepool in the North – East of England. After releasing his self-recorded debut EP ‘House Music’, he began to build a respectable following playing various acoustic bar gigs around the town. He gathered further momentum with his second release ‘Deborah’, which allowed Michael to branch out from his native Hartlepool into the neighbouring Newcastle, Stockton, Darlington and Middlesbrough. A year on from the release of ‘Deborah’, Michael has since assembled a 4-piece band to further enhance his live show, and after the release of his singles ‘Real Love’ and ‘All Night’ gained more plaudits, paving the way for him to play some notable festival slots at Evolution Emerging, Hit the North, Stockton Calling and also headlining both major venues in Hartlepool as well as getting regular airtime on Bob Fischer’s BBC Tees Introducing radio show. After another successful night playing at ‘This Feeling’s’ Middlesbrough sold-out show supporting Para Alta, Michael is now looking to reach further audiences across the country with his new release ‘Pull Me Aside’ which will feature his first music video
