Mojo JNR is a solo bedroom/indie-rock project by Josh David-Read from Swansea in South Wales but plays live-shows in a 5 piece band which delivers a dynamic and electric performance of the material. For fans of Mac DeMarco, Courtney Barnett and Palace and described by Bethan Elfyn as “perfect holiday vibes” and Clunk Magazine describes as “indie bedroom pop at its finest”. Mojo JNR has garnered attention from The Bug Club, who he supported on the South Wales leg of their tour. In January 2023 Mojo JNR went on a headline south wales tour with show’s in Clwb Ifor Bach, Cwrw and The Bunkhouse. His most recent release ‘Monaco’ was played on BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio Wales.
