MDT has carved a niche self-publishing a gaggle of idiosyncratic rock releases and never taking things too seriously.

MDT brings a fun sensibility to their candid live act, honed over hundreds of shows across the UK, Ireland and Italy, and supporting the likes of The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, My Life Story and The Quireboys. Their songs tackle themes from the personal to the political with a wry, self-deprecating wit.

In 2023 the lineup expanded to keys, string quartet, flute and backing singers on a pair of emotive ballads for the live-recorded Heartbeaten EP, coming in 2024.
