Muco

About

Born in London to British and Burundian parents, Muco is a singer, songwriter and producer whose music is inspired by a love of language and storytelling. Alongside longtime friend, guitarist and musical collaborator Arun Thavasothy, Muco writes songs which have a ghostly, transparent sound, inhabiting an imaginative and unearthly place. Fascinated by words as a child, Muco discovered eclectic cultural influences and developed a thoughtful, exploratory personality. His lyrics talk about nature, the senses, loneliness and solace, and often draw upon tales from myth and classic literature.
