Hertfordshire born Oliver Simpson has a voice that’s mature far beyond his 23 years. Inspired by some of the true greats – think Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, Ray Charles etc. It is these influences that have shaped the young artists vision and performance style. For the past year Oliver has been collaborating with an array of London’s hottest producers, which has quickly led to him creating a name for himself as both a songwriter and a singer. Now, ready to present and perform his original material he hopes to redefine and reclaim the meaning of Modern Soul.
