OUT AT SEA are an indie-pop quartet made up of four lovely university mates (bet you’ve not
heard that one before). 3-parts Liverpool FC, 1-part Man United (unlucky Matt), the lads have
merged classic 00s indie guitar riffs, 90s boy-band charm, and E4 coming-of-age soundtracks to
create a sound that “pays homage to the ecstasy of live gigs” (Chalkpit Records). Inspired by
the sounds of their youth, Out At Sea capture the energy and buzz that comes with living out
your 20s in the capital city.
Most notable moments for the band have been playing the likes of O2 Academy2 Islington and
Camden Assembly, and excellently performing the Timewarp with Carl Barât dressed as Mario
Kart characters.
