Parts & Spares are a London-based folk-pop trio blending acoustic nostalgia with a contemporary edge. Formed by Frida Jones (vocals), her dad Luther (songwriter/guitarist), and her girlfriend Kaisha McGroarty (multi-instrumentalist), the band grew from years of shared life and music.
