Penrose Foxes

About

"Penrose Foxes started life in 2013, the love child of Chris Bagley (singer-writer-guitarist) and Toby Armstrong, (drums). Having foraged amidst the undergrowth and musical shrubbery of London, later that year emerged a five-piece posse of eccentrics. Caz Humphreys, a multi-instrumentalist of saxophone, flute and penny whistle forte stepped into the fold, alongside the silky smooth, dulcet tones of Charlotte Gaughan, a classic chanteuse with firm Irish roots. The beardy bass playing sage, Huw Pryce, joined later that year. The Foxes witty, quirky, energetic live shows have brought a unique blend of original songs, inventive covers and mash-ups to the delight of London audiences. PFs recently released their debut EP, Roadmap to Bliss on May 1st – it reached number 1 on the iTunes blues chart. PFs rocked a number of festivals over the summer months and during 2015 performed at top venues such at Water Rats, Half Moon Putney, Proud Camden and The Garage".
