Since her humble beginnings on MySpace in 2007 where she gained popularity due to half a million song plays, Roni Bryant has managed to reach over 200,000 people across the Internet with her music to date.
Roni Bryant, a lyricist as early as age 11 and a composer since 19, is a prolific singer/songwriter, producer, and performer, entertaining crowds since she was a child and gaining popularity with major musicians after being gust listed by Oasis for her 21st birthday. With her talent, determination, personality and natural beauty, Roni Bryant is the complete package.
In 2007, Roni signed a deal with Paste Magazine and Coca-Cola to have her song “Remain” on the Coca-Cola music page and pod cast where she charted in the top 5 North American artists before being nominated as a Suggested Artist for VH1’s Song of the Year in 2007. She then received financial backing to fly to a studio in New Orleans to record her first original album of which she produced several tracks.
From 2007 to 2010, Roni played with several bands in Texas, Indiana and Georgia, including 8-Track, Fastback 67, The Resistance, Blackjack, Beg, Borrow & Steal and The Remedy.
In 2011, Roni had the honor and privilege of being invited to London by the legendary songwriter Dan Treacy to open for Television Personalities which sparked a two week long tour where Roni played famous venues such the Boogaloo and 12 Bar supported by the very talented “12 String Texas Bob Juarez” (Television Personalities) and the flawless rock stylings of Carl Jones. Jones also produced “No Matter What” for Roni. A cover featured on a Badfinger Tribute album for charity with The Samaritans.
Roni has since been invited back to England by Phonic FM where Simon Hodgson with Devon based No Refunds supported her at the Phoenix Exeter and she once again played with Carl Jones in London.
Roni is presently working on a new album with musicians from London, Detroit and Indiana.
