Stephen Rudd is a singer/songwriter from Southend-On-Sea, Essex, UK. Rudd’s musical influences are drawn from a broad palette of artists from his native shores to across the pond. Fusing them into his own unique songwriting style with sharp lyrics and hooks, the results are an engaging brand of Folk/Rock, Indie/Folk & Americana.

In 2015 Stephen self-recorded and released his debut solo album “Home-Made Heartache”. 10 heartfelt and confessional tracks recorded in his garage at home playing/programming everything himself and engineering/producing.

The album has seen tracks played on various internet stations around the world including UK, USA and the Far East.

2017 sees an ever busy and expanding gig schedule including new London shows and appearances at UK Festivals including Rochester Sweeps Festival & Leigh Folk Festival. Stephen has previously played such festivals as Cosmic Puffin Festival, Estuary Fringe Festival and Rhythms Of The World Festival, Hertfordshire.
