A Different Kitchen, a psychedelic endeavour challenging modern society. Emerging from the quiet of the Norfolk countryside, the quintet began making noise – where alt-indie meets post-punk. Inspired by global injustice and a devotion to force a change for the better, A Different Kitchen write music to encourage self-reflection. Humans are not perfect, but we can improve. This a conversation that needs to be had. The group address current global issues surrounding racial and gender equality, and the value of mental health awareness and wellbeing. Using their platform to influence systematic change is what gives purpose to their music.
