Sunny Side Down are a group of friends creating a sound and personality that is distinctive within the indie scene; once being humourously described as ‘Indie Pop with a healthy dose of Gen Z misery culture’. With melodic vocals and punchy basslines, the band pride themselves on their intimate lyrics that balance weighty melancholy with a wholesome and bright tone. Their first two singles, realeased in 2022, have recieved much positive support from a thriving online community of fans ahead of their debut EP ‘Dog Food’.
