The Dunts are Rab, Kyle, Div, and Colin, they are a punk-rock band based in Glasgow. This 4 piece can effortlessly infuse punk bands from the London era like the Sex Pistols and The Clash, throw in the dynamic sounds of garage/indie bands such as The Strokes and Arctic Monkeys and you probably still don’t have their complete sound. 

This electrifying punk rock band were born from a fertile environment in Glasgow. With so many of their friends in other great up and coming bands, they have managed to grow their own fan base, and the music industry is starting to realise their potential. 

The quartet is only a year old and has been playing notorious venues throughout Glasgow (The Priory, Stereo, Broadcast) and have headlined the famous King Tuts twice which, for a band so early in their career, is very impressive. Nov 2017 seen their debut E.P release “Not Working Is Class” which was produced by Johnny Madden (Baby Strange) and Chris Marshall (7 West Studios) and has received critical acclaim alongside growing support from Spotify, featuring them in some great playlists. Championed by Huw Stephens and Vic Galloway on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio Scotland respectively, the band was also Huw’s BBC Introducing pick of the week featuring the song “Dimitri” on every BBC Intro show across the U.K, further airplay supports comes from John Kennedy over at Radio X and Harrison Stock at Roundhouse Radio.

2018 has now arrived and there is an air of excitement for what this band can achieve, with gigs stacking up, with more new material being written and recorded, you can easily follow and attach yourself to this exciting new band.
