The Mustard Seed are an East London–based indie/funk band known for their infectious grooves, soulful energy, and classic-sounding songwriting that bridges cultures and styles. Formed by musicians from Colombia, Venezuela, Southport, and Cheltenham the band has support from 6Music and a sound equally at home in intimate venues and festival stages.

Their live performances combine trumpet-led jams with singalong choruses.  Named after their East London studio, the band are currently working on a debut album set for release in 2026.
