The Raccoons are a trio based Blues Rock band bringing a fresh and soulful sound to the Brighton music scene. In the summer of 2013, already having played together for a number of years, Jesse and Rob moved to Brighton and soon teamed up with Luke to complete the band. Together, they maintain a solid, professional outlook and aspire to extend their audience reach as they continue to progress musically. The Raccoons are influenced by music all across the spectrum, including the John Mayer trio, The Wallflowers and Snarky Puppy. It is in the art of incorporating all their tastes into one, that The Raccoons produce a natural, energetic sound full of vigour and movement. Their high levels of chemistry and fervour keep this band interesting, generating powerful performances, keeping audiences glued to their live sets.
