The Screaming Kicks are a rock n’ roll four piece based in Camden Town, London. They were formed back in December 2011 and together with their large, loyal following, they have been making plenty of noise on the London music scene. Their music comes straight from the heart and includes a varied set of two-minute, bliztkrieg-rock-’n-rollers, along with drawn-and-driven, soulful ballads. The bands influences range from 70s icons – The Faces, Slade, Led Zepplin, Bowie to modern heros – Jet, Black Rebel Motorcycle, Nirvana and Jack White.

This Indie outifit takes no prisoners with sweat-drenched perfomances reminicent of a by-gone rock era. Evo Evans, Mikey H, Alexi Christou and George-Rat; from the UK and Australia met in The Hawley Arms in CamdenTown over a beer and love for rock music and The Screaming Kicks were born. The band has pulled out all the stops in working hard to discover their style of music and get the best out of their performances. This is reflected in the venues they have played already, without a demo, and relying on word of mouth alone. These include The Purple Turtle, Barfly, Paradise – Vestal Vodka. We.Like.You. – The Bloomsbury Bowl.
