Things Happen Fast are a five-piece Alt-Pop band from The Wirral, England. 

Their primary stylistic influences are 70s Disco & 80s Synth-pop – swirled into its own delicious 21st century cocktail – as fabulously colourful as the clothes they wear.

They became ‘Things Happen Fast’ in the autumn of ’22, releasing two singles online – Lover’s Touch & I Want To Go Home. Which received airplay from BBC Radio 1 and Radio Merseyside. Having built up a devoted following around Merseyside they crowned an auspicious year with a 300-strong crowd coming to see them headline at Future Yard in Birkenhead in December.
