Surf, soul, subtle electronica-influenced sounds from the South Coast.

Stuart Wray meets lyricist and singer Amy Tinsley in 2012; their band combines elements of surf guitar, soul-influenced vocals, subtle electronica and Americana-influenced sounds.

Stuart was impressed by Amy's singing, asked her to work on some songs and soon TigerBiteFever was born. While Amy and Stuart are the driving force behind the band, the project also includes Jonny on guitar, Neil on synthesised bass/keys and Sam on drums. The musical result is a compelling alternative pop quintet from Brighton.

Stuart is no stranger to the bright lights, having been in successful Brighton band Gentleman Starkey (who played the London Olympics and supported Graham Coxon, to name just two highlights). Stuart's experience sits comfortably alongside Amy's obvious natural musical ability.

TigerBiteFever are currently gigging in Brighton and beyond; the band recently won a competition to play at Beach Break Festival in Newquay on 23rd June. Their ambitions are simple: to keep making and releasing music, and playing live to as many people as possible.
