TORVA

About

TORVA are an indie-rock band from London, formed of uni mates Sam Hall (vocals/guitar/keys), Will Riby (drums/vocals) and Jack Tustin (bass/vocals).

Drawn together in 2015 as classical music students at the Royal College of Music, the band broke away from their studies and started writing music influenced by Bombay Bicycle Club, The 1975 and Kings of Leon. Settling on the name TORVA, they decided to build a recording studio, self-produce and release their debut original indie-rock EP: Places I’ve Never Been.

The wacky and colourful one-take video for the lead single, ‘Places I’ve Never Been’, is on YouTube (featuring a set made entirely from cardboard).
