Vanda Essay is a London-based, Berlin-raised singer and composer. Vanda Essay creates soulful and groovy pop music, sprinkled with jazz, electronic and classical sounds. For Vanda, the stage felt like a safe space from early on. Vanda Essays’ new set depicts a story of taking up space and reclaiming one’s own life after surviving trauma. She just completed her postgraduate studies in Pop Music and Vocal Studies at the Goldsmiths University London. The release of her debut album is planned for early 2023.
