After announcing themselves in May ’21, the alt-rock duo Mae Seaton and George Donoghue are already making an impact, having released a run of 4 singles, followed by their debut EP; Paradise – with the majority of releases featuring on BBC Introducing, Kerrang! Radio & Planet Rock, and the title track from the EP featuring in BBC Radio 1 Future Sounds.

WREX’s music encompasses themes of mental health, honesty and ultimately a route through to the other side. Combining dark themes and lifting melodies with heavy guitars and synths.

The duo produce everything from home, whilst becoming a 5 piece on stage allowing full immersion in live shows.

2023 will see the second EP release for WREX, as well as establishing themselves as one to watch in the live music scene with their high energy and captivating performance.
