Bisou Noir, a London based indie rock quartet are made up of Toby Spysznyk, Milo Burgess, Jake Tullett and Mikey Laws. All in their early twenties, they are brought together by a love for grungy guitar riffs juxtaposed against soaring melodies.
Their songwriting, mainly conducted by Spysznyk and Burgess, blends the latter’s grunge, industrial guitar sounds with Spysznyk’s refined vocal resulting in a perfectly imperfect concoction of indie laced rock. Taking inspiration from the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, The Strokes, Kasabian and Red Hot Chill Peppers the band are clearly influenced by the early noughties rock sound, more recently finding influence in Scottish behemoths Biffy Clyro and Bedford rockers, Don Broco.
