Chay Snowdon

About

“Getting on board with this band wasn’t going to take much for us. With a vocal as strong as Chay Snowdon’s, the vocal easily grips you and drags you right into the thick of things.” Nexus Music Blog.
Chay Snowdon are an Indie Pop/ Indie Rock n’ Roll four-piece outfit based in the South West. With Liam Roberts providing anthemic guitar riffs on lead guitar, George Roach complementing Ed Fox’s strong and powerful drum parts, with his thick and simplistic bass lines. Which when put together provide a sublime wall of sound for Chay Snowdon to add his chugging rhythm guitar and uniquely powerful vocals.
The band have smashed two UK tours, taking their brand of Indie Rock ‘n’ Roll to the ever-increasing crowds, having huge success selling out The Mothers Ruin in Bristol three weeks in advance as well as The Underground in Plymouth.
Chay and the band were recently invited to perform a live session for BBC Introducing in the West, “He has always been a great song writer and now he is making his songs sound absolutely fabulous I’m very proud to get him into the white room” Sam Bonham BBC Introducing in the West. “The three songs are simply wonderful” Richard Pitt BBC Introducing in the West

The Band have also enjoyed playing some amazing festivals such as Liverpool Sound City, 2000 Trees, Grillstock, Y-Not Festival, Dot To Dot Festival, Home Farm Festival, Oceanfest, Boardmasters, Chagstock and Looe Music Festival.
