Christina Cameron is a soulful pop top line writer and singer who’s music connects to the soul. With meaningful lyrics and catchy beats you won’t be able to get her songs out of your head. Christina started her singing career in 2016. With a BSc in Business Management from the University of Sussex and two years in the corporate world under her belt, she realised there was more to life than a 9-5 work day and started discovering what truly made her thrive; which she found in singing and songwriting. Not only was it a way to explore emotions but also to connect with others. Music connects on a level where words can’t and Christina uses her lyrics and melody to heal others. Over the last two years, Christina has released 6 songs, most recognisably 'Love Me' and 'Set Me Free' which are available on Spotify and iTunes and performed at a variety of events and festivals. In 2016, she entered Open Mic UK and won a year’s subsidised recording studio time at River Studios where she wrote 4 of the 6 tracks. From there she was invited to perform at a variety of local events including Tom Kerridge’s food and music festival Pub in the Park, and Marlow Town Regatta & Festival. Her tracks Forbidden Fruit and Set Me Free have been played on BBC Introducing 3CR and all tracks on Marlow FM; where she also won Up Next 2018, their new music platform.
