Dirty Little Secret

Dirty Little Secret is a five piece Hard Rock / Metal band from South London originally formed in 2009. The band is made up of John Seddon (Vocals), Tom Churnside (Lead Guitar), Bob Brockwell (Rhythm Guitar), Stu Gibson (Bass) and Jim Edwards (Drums).

In 2010 the band made some strategic line-up changes that allowed the members to combine their diverse musical influences to create a Hard Rock sound that borders on Metal but provides melodic vocals, emotive hooks and songs that tell a story.

The band members are influenced by various Metal artists such as Killswitch Engage, Avenged Sevenfold and Trivium, however the vocalists in the band (John Seddon and Jim Edwards) are also heavily influenced by melody driven bands such as Incubus, Breaking Benjamin and Silverchair. This has allowed the band to expand on the traditional Hard Rock

and Metal genres to produce their own distinctive sound.

The band has recorded two self-funded EP’s, the second of which, Lockjaw, is available on iTunes, Amazon MP3, Spotify and a handful of other sites. The band have recently recorded a music video for the song Warning and are currently concentrating on building a website and pre-production for their next EP.

The band has played gigs throughout London, including prestigious venues such as The Underworld and the O2 Academy Islington.
