In the beginning Reason and Matt Shilk combined their musical attributes and knowledge to form a duo know as ‘Dishy Tangent’ in 2012. Along the way Dishy has collaborated with a number of artists using a vibrant mix of midi, vocal harmonies, rapping and live instruments. This created a truly unique condition to allow for the formation of some fantastic genre-busting musical masterpieces. The duo evolved when Matt moved on, and Reason continued the project solo. In 2014 Wayne and Reason began writing for another RSN Studios Act “The Outfit” which includes punk music legend and The Cockney Rejects frontman Jeff Turner.

Through working with Reason, Wayne discovered the Dishy sound and instantly joined on guitar duties. In 2015 Sonic and Iason joined on bass and drums to complete the current line-up. It wasn’t until 2018 that they were joined by the 5th and latest member Fitz, who plays keys to assist Reason while he works the stage. Dishy Tangent have since mastered taking the sound from the studio to the live stage, with performances booked around the UK to spread the infectious sound.
