Hum Fuzz are four best mates from the south west that met in school and decided to start a band in early 2017 after realizing their shared passion for music. A wide range of influences, from their roots in indie rock to experimentation with reggae beats and Latin riffs, can be clearly heard in the four singles that have been released since November 2017. These tracks have gathered over 25,000 online plays, and continue to reach new audiences. This has resulted in the boys gigging as much as possible in Bath, Bristol and london regularly opening for bands at 400+ capacity venues, playing with bands such as naked giants, Voyages, Madeline Kenney and Pip Blom at venues including Moles, Rough Trade, The Exchange and a brilliant night at London’s Old Blue Last back in October where we met our current manager Dana. After bringing over 150 listeners to their recent headline gigs and having many more support slots and headline sets organised, it looks like a promising future for these South West boys.
