Metropolis are a four piece indie rock band who formed in the south-west of England in September 2012. After meeting as students at the University of Gloucestershire they have been drawn to writing material covering a broad and eclectic spectrum of influences, from modern rock bands such as Weezer, through to diverse acts such as This Town Needs Guns and El Ten Eleven. The band kicked off what promises to be a busy 2013 by releasing their debut EP 'Where People Have Been' and playing a show in the Czech Republic. Since then they have played a number of gigs in the south-west including a live session for BBC introducing.
