Overdog are a 5-piece British rock band. Our music combines vocal harmonies, intelligent lyrics and post-rock sounds, to create melodic rock and punk tunes layered with atmospheric textures.

We formed in Oxford in 2011 and recorded our first EP - ‘Structured Lives’ - shortly afterwards. The first track off the EP, ‘Honey, Make Sure You Say Your Prayers’, was featured on the ‘BBC Introducing in Oxford’ radio show, with the band touted as ‘one to watch’ for the future.

After a hiatus, we returned to the studio in 2016 to record our 2nd EP, ‘The Breeze That Hits Your Ear’, themed around the idea of communication.

Now based in London (where we've been gigging regularly to increasingly enthusiastic crowds), we released the single 'Question Mark' in June 2018, following it up with ‘Anchor’ in January 2019.
