“Preacher (5/5), Guildford based like most of the bands on the line-up. Preacher are brilliant, playing heavy, sludgey, punk ridden grunge with guitar solos that you never want to end. Their breakdowns are hellish, and they have a tenacity of 90′s rock and alternative metal bands like Alice In Chains, Rage Against The Machine, and a hint of early Deftones – even early Slipknot at points too. Preacher show off a softer side too, but what they really excel at is blisteringly heavy grunge punk.”
