Reminders

About

Since forming in 2017, Reminders have paved the way for their own, self-coined genre they call ‘beach punk’. Whether touring the UK’s small venues or playing the main stage of the Isle of Wight Festival’s 50th Anniversary (along with The Killers, Camila Cabello and Liam Gallagher), the band have very much proved themselves as ones to watch on the up and coming music scene.

A sea change came for Reminders when they released their first single of 2019, “Post Paris Blues”. Fresh from signing with Burger Records, the track was found in Spotify’s “New Punk Tracks” & “Punk Unleashed” playlists, and was Tom Robinson’s pick for BBC 6 Music’s BBC Introducing mixtape.

With a new era of the band dawning, “Post Paris Blues” is credited as the bands most mature, raw and honest material yet.

“Reminders are one of the reasons I love the bands coming out of the South Coast. A very unique sound and some proper earworms of tunes that stay in your head for days…in a good way” – BBC Radio 1
