Birthed in the musical cauldrons of Manchester & Nottingham and Paris; Silvastrain have been setting dancefloors alight with a notable run of headline shows in the capital. With a demon rhythm ‘n’ bass duo, soulful brass section and a trio of vocalists – their style takes cues from neo-soul, classic funk and folk to create a sound that is distinctly their own.

They released their debut EP titled ‘Strange Creatures’ in February 2016 and have just released their latest EP self-entitled ‘Silvastrain’ in January 2017. Recently, they have been writing new material and participating in charity fundraisers with Oxfam GB and Special Olympics GB!

Most recently the band have played at Camden Assembly (formerly the Barfly), headlined the Bucharest Film Festival 2017 and 93 Feet East! They’ve been working on new songs; ‘I won’t Stay’, ‘The River Sea’ and ‘Blessings Overture’, all of which you can catch live at one of their up and coming shows with a view to be released in the Summer of 2018 with a couple of more new songs.
