Tense of Fools is an independant psychedelic rock band from the south of France. The band is composed of six members, a singer guitarist, a guitarist, a bassist, a drummer, a chorister and a saxophonist. Our influences range from psychedelic rock to indie rock through funk or Rock music from the Sixties and the Seventies.
The band evolves through a universe that it creates thanks to its music. The atmosphere and images which we can create through these are for us an important part of our creative process.We’re trying to make each concert, each gig, something unique and different each time we play for a show. That’s why musical improvisation is important for us. We also want to connect all of musical influences to create something new which belong to our era and to previous decades (60s, 70s and 90s).
Colours and light belong to our live performance that’s why we used liquid light show for our gigs. Because of that we can build a place which it doesn’t belong to time, but belong to us, our music and the crowd.
