Transatlantic Family Band formed in Brooklyn, New York. A name born of the fact that founder member Ben Clarke had been traveling between musical circles in New York and London, whilst writing and making music.

Influences cross borders of time and genre.They take influence from psychedelia, captured sounds of space, the music of India, the East and rock n roll. Lyrics explore what we know about life, and what we don't. Expect relentless rhythms, eastern drones, waves of celestial bass, blankets of swirling guitars & luscious melodies to cut through the haze and transport you to another place.

"I'll Never Forget" was digitally released in 2013 to an excellent public response. Recently the band have played dates in Switzerland, Italy and Germany, touring with New York band O Paradiso, as well as playing with Rosco (Sterling Roswell, Spacemen 3) in London and a packed show at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen. Most recently they have been recording their full length LP at their own studio, which the band built themselves inside their living space in East London. It will be pressed to vinyl and released digitally in 2015.
