Raised in London, UK, Cookiie’s journey has been shaped by her multicultural background and diverse influences such as Erykah Badu, Aaliyah, Mc Lyte, Missy Elliott and Queen Latifah. Her unique sound and standalone musical style has been described as R&B, Afro Rap which has been recognised by Source, Wonderland and Fword Mags and Grammy Award-winning producer and 90’s R&B legends BabyFace and Joe Thomas.
