Today’s Artist Of The Day is Duke Keats

Born in Coventry, UK – 27 year old Duke Keats aka Teelowe’s influences range from pop veterans The Beatles, Prince, David Bowie, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix to more contemporary sounds from the likes of Toro Y Moi, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Sonic Youth and Steve Lacy.

Duke and his band have supported acts such as Her’s, Penelope Isles, Kansas Smitty’s, FEET, C Duncan, HMS Morris, Moonwalks & Marker Starling and sang alongside the legendary Laetitia Sadier of Stereolab on the track ‘Waiting For Grace’. His latest shows were with acclaimed Japanese folk artist Ichiko Aoba, Fuzz club records Detroit band Moonwalks & Sofar Sounds Coventry Cathedral and slots at Timber Festival 23 & Godiva 2024.
