Today’s Featured Artist Of The Day is Hetta Falzon!
18 year old Hetta Falzon is a singer-songwriter from Somerset, based in Manchester. Though her music is influenced by Norah Jones, Olivia Dean, Eloise and Tom Misch, her sound is unique and authentic. She is currently writing, and performing around Manchester, her next ep, venturing into the world of soul, jazz and pop.
Hetta won the national title ‘Young Songwriter Of The Year’ named by the Song Academy in 2021 at the age of 16.
She recently won The Pilton Stage 2022 Competition for original unsigned artists worldwide and, as a result, she performed at Glastonbury Festival in June.
With a soulful voice and poignant lyrics, Hetta Falzon creates her own unique sound where her influences of pop, jazz, and soul combine to create a sound unlike any other artist. She recently participated in Rising, a platform created here at Hotvox where artists can showcase their talent while raising money for War Child UK and Hetta absolutely knocked it out of the park!
