Today’s Featured Artist Of The Day is MAGGIE BARING

Maggie released the first single of her ‘Uncovered’ EP, ‘Jolene’, independently in February 2024, and it has since amassed over 5,000 streams. The song has been incredibly popular among her fans, and recent gigs have displayed audiences singing along to every word. Jolene was followed by the entire six-song ‘Uncovered’ EP, which Maggie released on the 16th August. The EP’s s folk-rock style, with thick harmonies and layered strings takes inspiration from the northern American folk writers Noah Kahan and Gregory Alan Isakov.

Maggie plans to head up her 2024 folk-EP with a fresh batch of alt-pop genred songs in the following months, which she hopes will bring her into the mainstream.
